Bank Indonesia wins Awards in the Contact Center category

JAKARTA, NNC - Bank Indonesia (BI) has again won an award in the international contact center field. The award was given at the Contact Center World Annual Top Ranking Performers Conference & Awards 2018 held in Prague on November 5-8 2018, after previously selected through the Asia Pacific level.

From the 9 categories participated, Bank Indonesia won 8 golds for categories in Best Contact Center, Best Public Service, Best Helpdesk, Best Direct Response Campaign, Best Customer Service In, Best In Trainer, Best Analyst, Best Workforce Planning, and 1 silver for the Best Community Spirit category.

"This award is a realization of Bank Indonesia's commitment in providing the best services and solutions for the public, not only in Indonesia, but also at an international level,"  BI Communication Department Executive Director, Agusman, said in an official statement in Jakarta on Sunday, Nov 11.

BI Contact Center is part of Bank Indonesia's role in providing Public Information Services to be utilized by the public to seek the functions and duties of BI as stipulated in Law Number 14 of 2008 on Public Information Receptiveness.

With the current awards received, Bank Indonesia contact center is expected to be more equal to other institutions at the international level, and able to provide the best service for the people of Indonesia.
