JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM - Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Oil and Gas Operational Area Senoro-Toili operator Pertamina Medco Tomori Sulawesi's Joint Operating Body (JOB) has posted a brilliant record in gas production in Indonesia. As of April 2019, gas production of 343 mmscfd exceeded the state budget target of 300 mmscfd, with a market absorption of 329 mmscfd or around 110%. The main supply of production from JOB Pertamina Medco Tomori Sulawesi is distributed to the Donggi Senoro LNG (DSLNG) factory and ammonia factory of PT Panca Amara Utama (PAU).

Meidawati, President Director of PHE, said "This brilliant performance is the result of joint hard work between PHE and partners, in preparing a strategy that supports efforts to increase production, coupled with increased market needs so that the gas produced can be absorbed to the full," she explained in Jakarta.

"We also obtainedother benefits from the increase in gas production, which is the increase in processed condensate. As of April -2019, there was recorded the production of condensate WK Senoro-Toili amounting to 8,441 BOPD or 107% above the target of the State Budget set at 7,860 BOPD, "Meidawati continued

JOB Tomori will continue to strive to maintain the reliability and availability of Senoro CPP above 97.5% and also continue to strive to minimize the amount of condensate stock in the tank at the end of each month so as to maximize the amount of condensate lifting in 2019.

"The development of the 95 mmscfd Senoro Phase 2 is being prepared, hoping that by 2023 it will be able to be on stream," continued Meidawati.

Not only focusing on increasing production, JOB Pertamina Medco Tomori Sulawesi also continues to look for new oil and gas reserves through exploration activities. In March 2019, JOB Pertamina Medco Tomori Sulawesi had just completed a 2D seismic exploration of 396 km.
