Telkom Indonesia Partners with Grab to Facilitate IndiHome Billing Payment (telkom)

JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COMTo provide more convenience and benefits to IndiHome customers, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) has established a joint promotion program through GrabRewards with Grab. This was agreed through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Telkom and Grab at Telkom Landmark Tower, Jakarta (6/24/2019).

The signing of the MOU was conducted by Telkom's Vice President of Marketing Management, Aulia E Marinto and Grab Indonesia's Executive Director, Ongki Kurniawan, witnessed by Telkom Director of Consumer Service, Siti Choiriana, and President of Grab Indonesia, Ridzki Kramadibrata.

Siti Choiriana explained that the collaboration between Telkom and Grab included cooperation through the GrabRewards promotion, namely the ease of IndiHome and Wifi Managed Service (WMS) bill payments through the Grab application.

In addition, the two companies also synergize to conduct IndiHome new pairs, install new Wifi Managed Service (WMS), purchase Add On IndiHome packages, and purchase vouchers through the Grab application.

"This collaboration cannot be separated from Telkom's efforts to continue to provide the best service and convenience for customers, both IndiHome customers and Grab customers. New customers can easily subscribe through the application and old customers are also facilitated in the payment process. This makes us even more optimistic that the target of 7.5 million IndiHome customers is getting closer and we can make it happen," she said.

Furthermore, Siti Choiriana said, the collaboration was one of TelkomGroup's efforts to accelerate Indonesia's digital economic progress by enhancing the digital experience for the people of Indonesia.

Meanwhile, Ongki Kurniawan said "Our vision as an everyday superapp is to make customer life easier and more comfortable through a variety of relevant services in the Grab application.
