Toyota Set to Showcase Three Electric Cars at GIIAS (marketers)

JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM - Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) will exhibit three electric-engined cars at the 2019 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) at ICE BSD City, Tangerang, on July 18-28. The presentation of the electric cars follows the trend of environmentally friendly electric cars worldwide.

The three electric cars that will be presented in GIIAS 2019 include the Toyota TS050 hybrid--a racing car in the FIA ​​World Endurance Championship (WEC), the Toyota Prius PHEV GR Sport as one of the Toyota models specifically tuned by the Toyota racing division Gazoo Racing, as well as the Toyota F-CR concept car that was first introduced at the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show.

Previously, TAM also introduced the Toyota Camry Hybrid in January 2019 and continued with the C-HR hybrid SUV in April 2019.

The electric cars delivered Toyota Indonesia as one of the brands that offered a choice of especially hybrid electrification cars in Indonesia.

Henry further explained, in continuing its commitment to provide awareness of electrification technology that had been developed by Toyota principals,

TAM, continued Henry, will also present three units of special exhibitions that will use electrification technology directly from Japan. The exhibition booth aims to educate the use and capabilities of hybrid electrification and fuel cell technology.
