JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM - Jet Commerce, an e-commerce enabler that started its business in Indonesia, has expanded its business services to China by acquiring Brand Top, an e-commerce enabler based in China. The company has also expanded to the Philippines by opening a new office in Taguig City.
The expansion is part of Jet Commerce's strategy to reach global brand partners and accelerate the revision of becoming the most trusted e-commerce enabler in Southeast Asia.
The new name in China, Jet Commerce, was chosen to better reflect the company's strategic focus on end-to-end e-commerce solutions. Jet Commerce in China combines Jet Commerce's expertise in online retailing, multi-channel marketing, and fulfillment & operations with the power of Brand Top in digital marketing, big data management, and creative design. The latest e-commerce enabler will be led by Chief Executive Officer, Chad Zheng, who previously served as CEO of Brand Top.
"This step is an important momentum for Jet Commerce as we continue to expand our efforts and solutions internationally," said Oliver Yang, Jet Commerce's Chief Executive Officer. "Chad and the team in China have built an impressive business portfolio. The expertise they have, as well as an in-depth understanding of the market in China will ensure the continued success of our success as official representatives in handling the availability of brand products in online markets, "Chad said in his press release, Tuesday (8/13/2019).
Chad added, "Becoming Jet Commerce after the extraordinary journey as a Brand Top is a big step that demonstrates our ambition to help business people provide the best online shopping experience for consumers. We are really excited about the new offerings we will bring to our brand partners and consumers. "
The expansion to China and the Philippines, after Vietnam and Thailand, reflects Jet Commerce's rapid growth and increasing regional demand for integrated e-commerce solutions. In addition, this expansion also allows Jet Commerce e-commerce specialists to exchange best practices from each country.
