Based on traffic from visitors of property portal Lamudi.co.id, it turns out that people's favorite time to look for a home is on weekdays, namely on Tuesdays to Thursdays from 10:00 to 14:00.
"On work hours and work days, our property portal always shows a surge in traffic, the increase can reach 100 percent," said Mart Polman, Managing Director of Lamudi.co.id.
According to Mart, the large number of people who use their time at work to find a house shows that actually looking for information on home advertisements today is very easy and simple, even when you are on an office desk.

The majority of home seekers in Lamudi are men aged 25-34 (48.69 percent), 35-44 (18.95 percent), 18-24 (15.01 percent), 45-54 (10.30 percent) and 55-64 (5.66 percent).
The searchers are mostly using mobile devices to find the ideal home.
Prospective home buyers who access Lamudi are also dominated by men. On average they are looking for homes with prices under IDR700 million located in Greater Jakarta.
