BATAM, NETRALNEWS.COM - Sinarmas Land, the developer of Nuvasa Bay, has handed over the residential units to the owners of The Nove Residence Phase 1 project units. The handover to these owners has been done since late 2019, and this is proof of Sinarmas Land's seriousness in developing the area of 228 hectares in Nongsa.
Nuvasa Bay, which is in the Nongsa area, continues to make significant progress. The company continues to develop infrastructure and supporting facilities in order to provide the best for its consumers. One of them is by fulfilling the commitment to handover the units of The Nove Residence Phase 1 at the end of 2019.
"Since the end of 2019, the owners of The Nove Residence Phase 1 unit have carried out the unit handover process. This is in accordance with our initial commitment as a developer to the buyers. We expect the entire units of The Nove Residence Phase 1 to be handed over by this month," said Franky Najoan, CEO of East Indonesia at Sinarmas Land.
The Nove Residence is the only exclusive resort residence in Batam with beautiful natural scenery which is situated 20 meters above sea level. The resort also faces Marina Bay Sand in Singapore, with sea, mangrove, and Palm Springs golf courses.
In addition to the handover of the housing units of The Nove Residence Phase 1, Nuvasa Bay also continues to complete the construction of the Tower Kaina apartment. Tower Kaina becomes the first tower in an area of 5 hectares in The Nove cluster. At the end of February 2020, Nuvasa Bay will plan to top off Tower Kaina.
"The construction of the Tower Kaina apartment was successfully carried out according to the schedule determined at the beginning of the project. Soon, we will top off The Nove Apartment - Tower Kaina," Franky said.
Tower Kaina consists of 9 floors with 172 units, and has various facilities. The Nove as the first cluster in Nuvasa Bay has succeeded in giving a new color to the property world in Batam. This is also proven by the inauguration of The Nove as The Best Condo Development (Greater Indonesia) and The Best Landscape Development (Greater Indonesia) from the 2019 PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards.
In addition, as an independent city, Nuvasa Bay also continues to develop the surrounding area. One of them is by collaborating with Citra Mas Group. Since 2019, this collaboration has begun by developing an area of 62 hectares as Indonesia's 'digital bridge' with Singapore, which is named Nongsa D-Town.
"Right now Nuvasa Bay is collaborating with Citra Mas Group to develop the Nongsa area through Nongsa D-Town. Nongsa D-Town is an embodiment of the urban lifestyle that is integrated with nature and digital technology. "Nongsa D-Town will become a 'home' for digital and creative workers, start-up companies and technology companies," Franky added.
The construction of Nongsa D-Town will complement Nuvasa Bay's presence as an independent city in Batam. In the future, Nuvasa Bay will be equipped with international standard resort facilities to pamper all its residents. These facilities include residential clubs & club houses, hospitals, star hotels, edu-centers, and international-level entertainment areas.
