Sinar Mas Land Donates 100 PPEs to Tangerang Regency to Help Fight Covid-19 (sinarmasland)

TANGERANG, NETRALNEWS.COM - Dony Martadisata, Head of Corporate Affairs Division at Sinar Mas Land, has represented Sinar Mas Land during the handing over of 100 Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) aid to Tangerang Regent A Zaki Iskandar in the Tangerang Regency Hall, Jalan Ki Samaun No.1, Tangerang City, Banten.

The PPE aid will then be distributed by the Regional Government to a number of referral hospitals that treat coronavirus patients in the Tangerang Regency area.

Each PPE package contains hazard clothes, N95 masks, boots, goggle masks, and rubber gloves. This activity is conducted to help the government in meeting the PPE needs for medical personnel in hospitals in dealing with coronavirus patients. The lack of PPEs that is used by medical personnel makes them vulnerable to contracting the Covid-19 coronavirus.

"This activity is a form of concern for all parties, including Sinar Mas Land, to protect medical personnel in referral hospitals around Tangerang District Government and South Tangerang City Government in treating Covid-19 patients in order to get maximum protection. With this assistance, we hope that medical personnel can be protected and feel safe when caring for Covid-19 patients," said Dony Martadisata on Thursday (04/02/2020).

Previously, on Tuesday (3/31/2020), Sinar Mas Land also donated 750 PPEs to the Banten Provincial Government, which was then distributed to a number of coronavirus patient referral hospitals.

In addition, for prevention efforts in the community some time ago, Sinar Mas Land, together with housewives and community members who are members of the BSD City Smart House, also distributed hand sanitizers, masks, and disinfectant fluids to a number of schools.

The schools that received the assistance were located in urban villages and suburbs in the Banten area, such as Mauk, Sukadiri, Gunung Kaler, Pandeglang, and Lebak.
