JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM - Sinar Mas Land is holding a national-scale property ownership program called Move in Quickly. The program aims to help consumers in choosing their homes quickly.
This program offers ease and relief of payments so that consumers can have a house that can be directly inhabited. To note, this program runs from March 22 to December 31, 2020.
Meanwhile, the property products offered by Sinar Mas Land in the Move in Quickly program consist of houses that are ready stock as well as under construction.
The interesting products to choose from include houses, shop houses, shops and apartments in the Tangerang area (BSD City and Taman Banjar Wijaya), Cibubur (City of Tourism and Tourist Legends), Batam (The Nove at Nuvasa Bay), Balikpapan (Grand City), and Surabaya (Bukit Mas Tourism and Klaska Apartments).
Special promotions are offered, starting from BPHTB cash back, waivers of payment of up to 15% for payments with housing loan, as well as discount price of up to 20% for cash payments.
"This is our effort to help consumers through a difficult period in obtaining housing easily and quickly. In this program, the process of owning a house can be compleyed by around one month," said Alim Gunadi, Head of Strategic Business & Services Group Division at Sinar Mas Land, in a written statement on Monday (04/06/2020).
Furthermore, Alim explained that the Move in Quickly program was divided into three periods. First, namely on March 22-June 30, 2020, which provides 15% payment relief to consumers who buy ready stock products through KPR Express.
For the purchase of ready stock with cash payments, consumers can get a price discount of up to 20%. Consumers who buy under construction units through housing loan can repay down payment (DP) by 15% 12 times and 15% discount from the value of the loan agreement.
The second period will take place from July 1-September 30, 2020. Consumers who buy ready stock with KPR Express in this period will get a payment reduction of 10%.
When buying with cash payment, consumers can enjoy a discount of 15%. Consumers who buy under construction units with housing loan facilities are allowed to pay 10% down payment as much as 9 times plus a discount of 10% from the value of the credit agreement.
Meanwhile, the third period of the program runs from 1 October to 31 December 2020. Consumers can receive a payment reduction of 5% if they buy ready stock products using housing loan throughout that time. Consumers can get price discounts of up to 10% when buying ready stock products by cash.
For consumers who buy an under construction unit with housing loan facility, they can repay 5% down payment by 6 times plus a discount of 5% on the value of the loan agreement.
"This means that the faster the purchase, the greater the conveniences that a consumer can receive," Alim concluded.
