JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM - Sinar Mas Land has obtained total revenues of around IDR1.5 trillion in the period of March 22 to June 30, 2020. This was achieved amid difficult economic conditions due to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic.
The revenues were derived from sales of Invensihaus R in BSD City, which sold out at the end of June, and O2 Essential Home at Grand Wisata Bekasi, which sold 90%.
Equally important, a number of projects included in the first period of the Move in Quickly promotion program succeeded in contributing IDR653 billion in revenue.
During the first period of the Move in Quickly program which ended on 30 June, three Sinar Mas Land projects located in BSD City, namely Jadeite, Golden Vienna, and BSD Autoparts, were sold out.
Jadeite is a cluster with a private residence concept. Golden Vienna is a shop house project, and BSD Autoparts is an automotive repair and maintenance center. At Kota Wisata Cibubur, the Nebraska residences are also sold entirely. In that period, consumers get a payment reduction of 15% for ready stock houses through KPR Express.
When paying cash on this product, consumers get a 20% discount. For the purchase of under construction units through housing loan, consumers can repay 15% down payment (DP) 12 times and add 15% discount from the value of the credit agreement.
Alim Gunadi, Managing Director of Strategic Business & Services at Sinar Mas Land, said that this shows that consumers are very enthusiastic about the concept of housing and promotional programs provided by the company.

To meet the expectations of the interested community, Alim said that starting from the second period there was a cash payment relief or KPR Express up to 25%, specifically for the lot products.
The payment relief is also supplemented by benefits in the form of free one-time transfer fees and free BPHTB fees if the buyer makes the purchase within a maximum of 1 year after the handover of the lots. For land ownership loans (KPT) with a DP of 20% and installments 12 times, consumers can get a 15% discount.
For consumers who choose KPT Express with a DP of 20%, Sinar Mas Land prepares a subsidy of that same amount, which is 20%. The maximum price for the KPT Express DP subsidy program is IDR2.5 billion.
The additional program on the lots, continued Alim, the company will continue in the third period of Move in Quickly starting from October 1 to December 31, 2020. Only, the amount of discounts and DP subsidies is smaller. In the third period, the reduction in cash payments or KPR Express becomes 20%. For KPT with DP of 20% and installments 12 times, consumers get lots at a discount of 10%.
