"The existence of a business entity taking on a bigger role is very important (during a pandemic). The Social Welfare CSR Forum is present as a forum for information and coordination of joint CSR actions," he said , Tuesday (08/11/2020).
This statement was made by Edi when he opened the National Social Welfare Forum National Work Meeting in Jakarta. Edi represented Minister of Social Affairs Juliari P Batubara to officially open the meeting.

On the same occasion, Secretary General of the Social Welfare CSR Forum Iyuk Wahyudi said that social welfare development cannot be left to the state alone.

This statement was conveyed by Iyuk, representing the General Chairperson of the Social Welfare CSR Forum Gusti Kanjeng Ratu Mangkubumi or familiarly called Gusti Pembayun who was unable to attend.
He admitted that there were not a few Social Welfare CSR programs that had been carried out to have a wide impact. However, until now, there is no national road map for the implementation of the program, so it appears sporadic and uneven or overlapping.
"The CSR Forum will improve the function of coordination, consolidation, synergy with the government and business partnerships, as well as stakeholders," he said.
