For information, the Ministry of Health explained in the periods of 2015-2019 it sets a focus on strengthening Primary Health Services. This priority is based on urgent health issues such as high infant and maternal mortality, malnutrition, and life expectancy rates that are largely determined by the quality of primary health care.
To note, the strengthening of Primary Health Service includes three things, namely, physical (improvements in infrastructure), facilities (facilities and human resources improvements) and human resources (strengthening of health personnel).
