JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM - At this time there is a food trend in the form of fruit salad with a mixture of yogurt and grated cheese on top. This snack that is claimed to be healthy is then packaged in various sizes and priced at various prices, so that it is favored by young people.

However, is eating fruit salad with yogurt good for health?

Director of Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseasesat the Indonesia Ministry of Health Dr. Cut Putri Arianie MHKes has appealed, the community to consume fruit salads with not too much yogurt. According to Dr. Cut, there is yogurt that is sold and served with added sugar so it is not good for health.

"Eat healthy food. Children now like to eat salads, but not most yogurt. The fruit is good, the sugar level is controlled," said Dr. Cut recently in Jakarta.

According to Dr. Cut, daily sugar consumption does not need much. Suggested Dr. Cut, sugar consumption needs to be limited to only two tablespoons every day.

This appeal was conveyed by Dr. Cut, because he hoped the millennial generation could become an Indonesian leader with a healthy quality of health. But if now the life behavior has smoked, lack of physical activity, excessive consumption of sugar and salt, and an environment that is not maintained clean, there is certainly an impact in the future, for example, the increase in cases of non-communicable diseases (PTM).

Dr Cut urged, one of the principles to avoid infectious diseases (PTM) is to move, so that Dr. Cut, the community and not only the millennial generation can do sports for 30 minutes per day. Because, when moving, the metabolism in the body will be burned again.

"The investment of what we are doing now will have an impact. PTM risk factors can be changed except for age, genetic factors and gender," said Dr. Cut.
