US President Wants Saudi Arabia Held Responsible for Jamal Khashoggi’s Murder

WASHINGTON DC, NETRALNEWS.COM - United States (US) President Joe Biden says he will demand Saudi Arabia's responsibility for the violation of Human Rights regarding Jamal Khashoggi's murder case.

The matter was revealed by Joe Biden when he communicated with Saudi Arabia's King Salman on Friday local time.

"I talked with the King yesterday, explaining to him that the rule has changed and the significant rule will be announced today and Monday. We will demand for their responsibility on the violation of human rights," Joe Biden said in an interview with Univision.

Joe Biden also said the US will announce the significant change in the bilateral relationship on Friday and Monday.

Saudi Arabia's de facto ruler, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman, is reported to have agreed to the operation to arrest or kill journalist Jamal Khashoggi in 2018, according to the US intelligence report which was released on Friday (02/26/2021).
