JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM - Long, thick, and healthy eye lashes are the first thing we notice when talking face to face with someone. However, not all women have the ideal eye lashes.

The good news is that nowadays there are many ways to enhance our lashes, such as using eye lash extension, false eye lashes, and mascara.

Now, the bad news is these instant ways to beautify our lashes can also cause them to thin out.

Before our natural lashes become unhealthy, professional makeup artist Arnold Pujo Pamungkas shares some tips for maintaining healthy eye lashes:

1. Eat foods containing Vitamin E, such as green vegetables and beans (red beans, green peas) and vitamin E supplements.

2. Apply olive oil and royal jelly to our eye lashes before bed, and wash them off after waking up to strengthen the lashes.

3. Never go to bed while still having fake eye lashes and mascara on because chemical particle from these products can damage the lashes, and possibly even hurt our eyes.
