1. Yogurt

Yogurt is rich in lactic acid and has a bleaching properties that treats hyper-pigmentation of the skin by suppressing the production of melanin. Lactic acid contains alpha hydroxy acids (AHA). AHA works to cleanse and remove dead skin cells and brighten the face. You can buy yogurt at the supermarket.

Pour plain yoghurt to a container. Apply evenly on your face with a gentle massage. Leave for 3-5 minutes then rinse with warm water. Repeat daily for maximum results.

2. Lime

Lime is known to contain vitamin C which can be useful to brighten the skin gradually.

Split the lemon into two parts and then apply on the face or other body parts desired. Or it could be by squeezing the orange first to produce water juice, then you can apply to the face or other limbs. For the beginning of use, may cause little pain, this is normal. 3. Yam
