LONDON, NETRALNEWS.COM - Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino claims to be eager to continue working with the clubso he could bring the London team to become the best club in the world.

The Argentine coach some time ago had signaled that the Champions League final against Liverpool would be his last chance with Spurs. He will take the decision if in the summer transfer foam management does not buy any player in the transfer market. The move was considered by Pochetino not to show ambition to leave the title as underdog.

"There is still a lot to do, but of course I am motivated to survive and give Tottenham what they deserve," Pocchetino said to talkSPORT.

"Today, Tottenham for me is the best club in the world when talking about facilities. New training facilities and stadiums are the best in the world, better than any other club in the world," he said.

"This is London, not another city. This is England, the Premier League which is the most stringent and interesting league. We need to take steps and continue through the process so that it can bring Tottenham to be the best in the world," Pochettino said.

Pochettino's current focus is on facing the Champions League final against fellow English team on June 1 in Madrid and he is optimistic that striker Harry Kane, who had an ankle injury in last month's quarter-final match, has recovered and is ready to compete.

"(Kane) has returned to training and entered the final recovery stage," he added.
