Solok Prepares 10 Leading Tourism Destinations for 2019 Eid al-Fitr Holiday

AROSUKA, NETRALNEWS.COM -- The Solok District Government, West Sumatra, prepares 10 leading tourist destinations to welcome homecoming travelers and visitors on the 2019 Eid al-Fitr holiday.

"We have prepared ten leading destinations in Solok Regency such as Alahan Panjang Resort, Pesanggrahan Lake Singkarak, Jawi-jawi Cultural Village, Panorama of Kembar Lakes, as well as Bukik Chinangkiek," said Head of Solok Tourism Office Nasripul Romika in Arosuka, Wednesday (05/29/2019) , as quoted from Antara.

In addition, the Sukarami Agricultural Science Park in collaboration with the Agricultural Technology Research Institute (BPTP) of West Sumatra, Tabek Tourism Village, Arosuka Chicken Monument, Gobah Aripan Peak, and Saribu Janjang (thousand stairs) Sulik Aie are also prepared for tourism.

He mentioned that the 10 destinations could be visited in the lively 2019 Eid al-Fitr holidays in Solok Regency.

For the Alahan Panjang Resort and Pesanggrahan Singkarak tourist area, there are also folk arts there are also folk markets and children's games in tourist locations.

Nasripul said that his office also invited tourism conscious tourism groups (Pokdarwis) to secure and assist tourism services in several tourist locations managed by the Nagari independently.

Art events are presented and assisted by third parties whose schedules are adjusted to the second and third day after Eid al-Fitr.

He also appealed to tourism players from the private sector to maintain the cleanliness of the place, provide comfort and good service to visitors.

"Moreover, many migrants will return home and invite their families from out of town to enjoy the holidays and the atmosphere of Solok," he said.

If tourism actors and the public can provide comfort, security and satisfaction when traveling to Solok, of course visitors will come back again to enjoy other Solok tourism sites.

According to him, various tourism facilities such as parking lots, toilets, prayer rooms and other facilities have been addressed by the local government to satisfy tourists, as reported by Antara.
