Ingredients:

    300 gr of duck meat
    2 tablespoons of oil
    3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    2 cm of ginger, crushed
    7 dried hioko mushrooms, soak in water until soft, cut into thin pieces
    1 carrot, cut flat
    1 liter of duck broth
    1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
    3 tablespoons of soy sauce
    1 tablespoon of English sauce
    1 tablespoon of lime juice
    1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolve with 2 tablespoons of water

Preparation:

    Boil the duck meat until tender. Raise the duck meat, and shred the meat, then set it aside.
    Heat oil, then saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
    Add shredded duck meat, mushrooms and carrots. Pour the broth and cook until boiling.
    Add sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, English sauce, lime juice.
