50 grams of radishes

150 grams of carrots

½ teaspoon vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

½ teaspoon salt

pickled turnips and carrots

mayonnaise

 

Preparation:

1. Mix sliced ​​beef sirloin with grated ginger, soy sauce, pepper, apple, and brown sugar, stir well. Let stand 30 minutes.

2. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, saute onion and paprika until wilted. Set aside.
