75 gr sago flour

1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp chicken powder broth
½ tsp finely ground pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Celery or chives, finely sliced
100 gr BBQ powder, for sprinkling
The oil for frying
1. Beat the eggs and seasoning until thick and then add the flour mixture and baking powder, mix well.
2. Put in boiled potatoes and other ingredients, mix well and let stand for 30 minutes.
3. Grind the dough with a paste grinder starting from no.9, then lower it to no.3. Repeat the grinding process to make the dough texture soft.
4. Cut the dough so along 15 cm, then fry with hot oil until golden yellow, remove and drain
