Ramen Burger Beef with Cheese
Bun Ramen Ingredients:
500 gr of yellow wet ramen noodles
1 tbsp of wheat flour
Right amount of oil
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Margarine to taste
6 pcs Beef Burger Bake
½ lettuce hump
6 pieces of cheese sheet
90 gr sauces
60 gr tomato sauce
60 gr sauce mayonnaise
1. Bun Ramen: Boil the ramen noodles for 2 minutes in boiling water, pick up. Flush with cold water, drain to normal temperature. Boil back for 3-4 minutes in boiling water, remove and drain. Mix well with salt, pepper, wheat flour and cooking oil until sealed. Take 40-45 gr dough of ram bun, print with ring mold 10 cm in diameter. Press-press until solid and reach the thickness of 1 ½ cm. Wrap with plastic wrap, store in freezer for at least 1 hour.
2. Take 2 pieces of bun ramen that have been melted in room temperature for 5 minutes. Bake over a griller that has been smeared with margarine until browned and dry, while occasionally reversed, remove.
