JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM - The Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs is committed to improving the performance of state employees so that it is measurable through the e-Performance application system.
The e-Performance application will systematically photograph the performance of state employees from all activities that are in accordance with their duties and positions, so that they become more accountable.
“With e-Performance, who does what and what the output is will be measured. State employees would not get full salalry if they do not perform well," said Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini, also known as Risma, at the launching of e-Performance application at the Aneka Bhakti Building, recently.
After opening the e-Perfomance application, a dashboard, daily activities, and work behavior assessment tabs will appear, and the assessment system is color-marked.

For structural employees, it is almost the same in the e-Perfomance menu, but there are additional menus such as activity achievements, activity assignments and activity verification.
